How It Works

Our Proven 6-Step Process

#1 Complete the booking form

For your convenience, we have created an easy-to-use form available on our website 24/7. It will take only a few minutes to provide all the necessary information for us to fulfil your booking.

#2 Receive and pay your invoice

Upon completion of the booking form, you will shortly receive an invoice from us along with the payment link. We accept most cards, including AMEX. Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer.

#3 Booking confirmation

Once your payment is processed and received, we will promptly send you the booking confirmation. This will include all the details on how to receive and return your systems, as well as the terms and conditions.

#4 Getting and using the systems

As agreed, you will receive your system on the specified day and time. You can use the system for your needs, such as tours and events. We will explain how to use the system upon delivery, but it is very easy to use!

#5 Return your system

Once your event is completed, you must return the systems to us, including the headphones, as they are not single-use items. As noted in our agreement, you can return them to our office, or we can arrange to collect them from you.

#6 Your feedback

Our promise to you is to do everything we can to make the rental process easy and to ensure your satisfaction. Once you are happy with our services, we kindly ask you to help other potential customers make their choice by providing your feedback.
