Example of Hire Calculation
Suppose you have a group of 50 people and need to hire tour guide systems for 2 days. Here’s how the pricing would work:
- 50 receivers + 1 transmitter = 51 devices
- Cost per device per day: £3.50
- Total for devices for 2 days: 51 devices x £3.50 x 2 days = £357.00
- Delivery in Zone 1: £20.00
- Collection in Zone 1: £20.00
Total cost: £357.00 + £20.00 + £20.00 = £397.00.
Delivery and Collection Options
Option 1: Delivery and Collection by Us
- One-Day Bookings: For single-day hires, delivery and collection must occur on the same day.
- Multi-Day Bookings: For hires extending beyond one day, we offer delivery one day in advance, specifically in the afternoon. Collection must be arranged for the last day of your hire.
- Timing: Both delivery and collection are available any day of the week, between 07:00 and 23:00. Charges for delivery and collection apply as specified in the price table above.
Option 2: Self-Collection and Return
- Office Hours Collection: You can collect and return the systems directly to our office without any additional fees during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Outside Office Hours: If you need to collect or return the systems outside of these hours, a fee similar to the delivery and collection charges will be applied, as outlined in the price table above.
